CANCELLATION POLICY/FEES
The following cancellation policy applies to all travelling and booking with Mission Beach Dunk Island Connections:
- 100% refunded if Mission Beach Dunk Island Connections is advised of cancellation not less than 24 hours prior to departure.
- 50% refund is cancellation is advised within 12 hours and 24 hours of departure.
- 25% refund is cancellation is advised within 2 and 12 hours of departure.
- No refund or further travel allowed on ticket if cancelled less than 2 hours of departure or failure to board coach.
Refunds are made at point of ticket sale only.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that adequate travel insurance be taken out by all passengers to cover any additional costs that may be incurred by any adverse weather, road or water conditions or break downs (boat or coach) which may prevent the transfer of passengers between Port Douglas - Cairns - Mission Beach - Dunk/Bedarra Islands.
Mission Beach Dunk Island Connections will endeavour to ensure that passengers interests and safety are paramount and they reach their destination as soon as it is safe to do so.
LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
General rule is a maximum of one suitcase and one overnight bag per passenger. Larger luggage i.e. surfboards, bicycles (collapsed and protected) etc will be charged at an additional $11.00 incl GST.
Mission Beach Dunk Island Connections reserves the right to refuse travel/transfer/service to any passenger without reason.
